Varjo is importing the goods on behalf of the customer into all European Union countries. When your shipping country is outside EU, customer will act as importer of records and may be asked to provide additional details by local customs.

Shipping costs and countries

We offer free shipping for all products purchased from the Varjo online store currently to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States,

Varjo products are also available through select resellers in Australia, Japan and New Zealand.

The country list is based on the current sales countries. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to deliver directly to your country.

Varjo may at any time change the list of countries where shipping is available.

Delivery times

The current estimated delivery times are displayed in the shopping cart, and they may vary between products. We will deliver your order once all ordered products are available.

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Please note that your order will be delivered only after Varjo has received the full payment.

Changes and cancellations

You will be able to change the delivery address by sending a request to orders@varjo.com, until your order is ready for shipment.

Order cancellation is allowed according to the national consumer law directives. In such a case, send the request to orders@varjo.com. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information.
